We deliver fresh, seasonal flowers and carefully curated gifts across Yeppoon, Emu Park and Rockhampton, Monday to Friday.

What is your same-day delivery cut-off?
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12:00 pm on weekdays, subject to availability.
Orders placed after this time will be delivered on the next delivery run. If your order is urgent, please call the store and we’ll do our best to help.
When are deliveries made?
We prepare flowers throughout the morning and head out on our delivery run just after midday.
We are unable to offer precise delivery times, as our drivers deliver in order of the most efficient route for the day.
Do you deliver on weekends or public holidays?
Our standard delivery days are Monday to Friday. Weekend delivery is not offered at this stage.
Public holiday delivery schedules may vary and will be announced via our social channels if changes apply.
How much is delivery?
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and generally range from $18 to $25, depending on the suburb. There is no free-delivery threshold for fresh flower deliveries.
Do you offer local pick-up?
Yes. Free local pick-up is available. Simply select “Local Pick Up” at checkout and let us know when you plan to collect.
What happens if delivery can’t be completed?
If we’re unable to safely access the property (locked gates, unsafe location, protective pets) or the address provided is incorrect, the flowers will be returned to the store.
Re-delivery will incur the same delivery fee as the original suburb, or the recipient may choose to collect from the store.
What happens if no one is there to receive the flowers?
If the recipient isn’t home, we’ll leave the flowers in a safe location at the front door, where possible. All bouquets are supplied with a water pouch so they stay hydrated while waiting.
If you have a preferred safe place, please include instructions at checkout.
If we can’t gain access and there is no safe place to leave the flowers, they’ll be returned to the store and a re-delivery fee will apply.
Do you deliver to hospitals and workplaces?
Yes, we regularly deliver to workplaces and local hospitals within our delivery area.

If a vase isn’t available, we recommend a vased arrangement or hat box, both of which are ideal for offices and hospital rooms.
Please note that some hospital wards have flower restrictions — we recommend checking with the hospital prior to ordering.

Will I receive confirmation and tracking?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
When your order leaves the store with our driver, you will get a text message &/or an email saying that your delivery is on its way with an estimated delivery time. Please note the delivery time may differ due to traffic or delays with other deliveries on your route.
Once delivered you will receive another email/text message to let you know its been delivered, or, if we had to leave it unattended, you will receive a photo of where we left it.
Can you send flowers outside your local area?
Selected dried and preserved arrangements, can be posted Australia-wide. Shipping is a flat rate of $18 Australia-wide and we also have a beautiful selection of gifts & hampers that we can post too. There are a couple of bulky items (Polarbox & baskets) that will attract a higher rate.
